MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
TERM & COMMITMENT
By enrolling in AERIALS Series Wine Club membership, you are committing to one year of membership (two full allocations) and the most current Wine Club release as your first allocation. If you signed up online, your card on file will be billed for the allocation amount, less any applicable discounts, plus applicable shipping and tax, 7 days from your enrollment. Unless otherwise specified during enrollment, your allocations are shipped UPS Ground. Seasonal weather restrictions may apply.
SHIPPING
Shipping is via UPS Ground. Contact us at info@revelrywines.com to request an express upgrade. Additional shipping charges will apply.
An adult (over 21 years old) signature is required at delivery. Please designate a shipping address where someone over 21 will be present to sign during normal business hours (many people list their business address). We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
We ship to most states, though shipping is dependent on the state’s individual shipping laws and limitations. Online orders will be fulfilled and shipped UPS Ground to the member’s shipping address.
BILLING
We will bill your credit card automatically for the discounted cost of wine in each shipment, applicable taxes, and shipping charges (if applicable), prior to shipping.
Note: We send multiple emails prior to each release, as well as automated emails with your receipt and tracking after processing. No email notification is sent PRIOR to processing your payment. To ensure you never miss an allocation or members-only offer, we strongly encourage you to whitelist info@revelrywines.com upon enrollment so that our emails end up in your primary inbox and not the spam or promotions tab.
By signing up for the wine club you authorize REVELRY VINTNERS to charge your credit card for each shipment until directed otherwise by you.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
You must notify Revelry Vintners via email (info@revelrywines.com) at least 10 days prior to shipping with any changes or cancellations. This time frame also applies to pick-ups.
To make changes to your AERIALS Series Wine Club membership, including upgrades or adjustments to your billing and shipping information, you may log in to your member account and make these changes online, or contact us at the winery at info@revelrywines.com. We ask that any adjustments to your billing and shipping information be made at least 10 days prior to an allocation being processed.
PICK UP ORDERS
Your wine will be available for pick-up from the winery for 60 days following the release date. If not picked up, we will contact you to make arrangements for your wine to be shipped to your residence or place of business. You will be billed any applicable shipping fees. Wines not delivered or picked up within 90 days will be donated to charity.
