2006 Cabernet Sauvignon - 750ml

Tasting Notes 

French oak infuses flavors of Vanilla and spice into this magnificently layered red wine.  With the appeal of deep berry notes, and an irresistible finish, this award winning Cabernet drinks well on its own and with food.  As the coup de grace, and in signature style, winemaker Jared Burns has complimented the wine with the addition of Cabernet Franc, for an unmistakably pleasurable experience.

Winemaking Notes

The Cabernet Franc really shines through in this vintage.  Complimenting very nicely the earth and herbaceousness of the Cabernet Sauvignon, together and as blend this is a very nice wine to sip, but explodes when paired with spice rubbed meats and robust cheeses.  Great fruit shows across the palette, with a hint of pepper on the finish.
